How We Ship Your Order

Once your payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your order the same day or within one business day. To give you the best possible delivery experience, DXGEARS works with multiple courier and carrier partners across the UAE and GCC. This lets us choose the most suitable carrier for your order based on size, destination, and urgency — ensuring safe, fast, and reliable delivery every time.

Because we use different carriers depending on the order, you may receive shipments from different courier companies across separate orders. Rest assured, all our carrier partners are vetted for reliability and service quality.

Delivery Timeframes

Order dispatch: Within 24 hours of payment confirmation
UAE delivery: 1–3 business days
GCC delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Dubai: 1–2 business days (same-day possible for select orders)
  • Abu Dhabi / Sharjah: 1–2 business days
  • Other Emirates (RAK, Fujairah, UAQ, Ajman): 2–3 business days
  • Saudi Arabia / Kuwait: 3–5 business days (subject to customs clearance)
  • Bahrain / Oman / Qatar: 4–7 business days (subject to customs clearance)

All delivery timeframes are target SLAs that we work hard to meet 99% of the time. Occasional exceptions may occur due to factors outside our control — including carrier delays, customs processing, adverse weather, or public holidays. DXGEARS is not liable for delivery delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Working with Our Delivery Riders

Each courier partner operates with its own service standards and procedures. Because of this, the delivery experience may vary slightly from order to order. We ask our customers to co-operate with delivery riders to make every handover smooth and frictionless.

  • Be reachable on the phone number provided at checkout when your order is out for delivery
  • Respond promptly to rider calls or messages to avoid failed delivery attempts
  • Ensure your delivery address and building or flat details are accurate and complete
  • For large or bulky items, ensure sufficient space and access is available at the delivery location

Large or heavy orders: Some DXGEARS products — such as power stations, gym equipment, or large outdoor gear — may require ground-level access or assistance upon delivery. Please be available and prepared to receive oversized items. Our riders will do their best to assist, but we ask for your support to make delivery safe for everyone.

Cash on Delivery (COD) — UAE Only

COD is available for eligible orders within the UAE only. It is not available for GCC orders.

Our delivery riders may or may not carry card machines or change at the time of delivery. To avoid delays or a failed delivery attempt, please ensure you have the exact order amount in cash ready before your rider arrives.

  • COD is available for eligible UAE orders only
  • Riders may not carry card terminals — please do not assume card payment is available at the door
  • Riders cannot provide change — please prepare the exact amount
  • Failed delivery due to unavailable payment may result in a re-delivery fee or order cancellation

GCC Orders — Payment, Customs, Excise & VAT

COD is not available for GCC orders. All orders shipped to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar must be paid in full at checkout via card or online payment.

Orders shipped to GCC countries may be subject to import duties, customs fees, excise taxes, and destination country VAT. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. DXGEARS has no control over these charges and cannot predict or pre-collect them on your behalf.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
