How do I contact DXGEARS support?

Does DXGEARS deliver outside Dubai?

Yes. We ship across the UAE and to GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. Cash on Delivery is available for UAE orders only. GCC customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or VAT.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Visit our Returns & Refunds Policy page or email orders@dxgears.com to begin.

How long does delivery take?

Most UAE orders are delivered within 2–5 business days. GCC orders typically take 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
